Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders submitted after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order enters processing, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Cancellation cannot be approved if
The order is being packed
A shipping label has already been created
The order has shipped
More than twelve hours have passed since the order was placed

If an order has shipped, customers must wait for delivery and then submit a return request in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


3. Changing or Modifying an Order

Order changes are supported whenever possible and depend on the current processing stage.

If the new item costs less, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.


4. Fees Related to Cancellations or Changes

There are no cancellation fees if the order has not entered processing.
There are no fees for correcting customer details before processing begins.
Any carrier rerouting fees are charged by the carrier and not by Babyyams.


5. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped
It cannot be canceled
It cannot be modified

Customers must wait for delivery and then request a return.

Our Return and Refund Policy includes

No restocking or return fees
Refunds processed within five business days after item receipt

Carrier investigations may be required for delayed or missing packages.
