The Babyyams name, our distinctive logo, and our specific product line names (including unique names for our Baby Dresses and Jackets) are trademarks of our brand. These may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Babyyams.

Upon receiving a valid Intellectual Property Claim, Babyyams will initiate a professional internal review. Our objective is to acknowledge such claims within 3 business days. While we strive for rapid resolution, the investigative process for complex IP disputes is a meticulous one; therefore, immediate removal of content is not a 100% guarantee until the validity of the claim is confirmed through our standard legal evaluation.

5. Permitted Use of Content

We grant limited, non-exclusive permission for our patrons to share images of our Babyyams products on personal social media platforms for non-commercial purposes, provided that Babyyams is clearly credited.
