1. Ordering

Add your desired items to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete secure payment.
A confirmation email with your order number will be sent immediately after purchase.

No. Guest checkout is available.
Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and save your information for future purchases.

1.3 Can I change my order?

Yes, changes are possible only before the order enters processing or fulfillment.
Once processing begins, changes can no longer be made.

1.4 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is allowed only if the order has not entered fulfillment.
Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.


2. Shipping

2.1 What are your shipping times?

According to our Shipping Policy:

Handling time is one to two business days
Transit time is approximately three to seven business days
Shipping coverage includes all fifty United States

2.2 Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

2.3 Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

2.4 How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.
Please allow up to twenty four hours for tracking information to update.

2.5 My package shows delivered but I did not receive it

Please check around your property, ask other household members, check with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly.
If the carrier confirms delivery, babyyams.com is not responsible for stolen or missing packages, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.


3. Returns

3.1 What is your return window?

You may request a return within thirty days of delivery.

3.2 Are returns free?

Return shipping fees depend on the reason for return.

3.3 When will I receive my refund?

Item received within one to two business days
Inspection completed within one to two business days
Refund initiated the same day after inspection
Bank processing takes one to two business days

Total refund time is up to five business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method with no deductions.

3.4 What items cannot be returned?

Items are not eligible for return if they are worn, used, washed, or damaged, missing original packaging or tags, or marked as Final Sale.

3.5 How do I request a return?

Email our support team with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for return.


4. Cancellations and Order Changes

4.1 When can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order before processing begins.
Once fulfillment starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

4.2 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If processing has not started, we can update the address.
If the order is already in fulfillment, changes cannot be made.
