Most refunds are completed within five business days.
If a refund has not appeared after seven business days, please contact your bank or email support@babyyams.com. If the original card has expired, your bank will redirect the refund to the updated account.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you notice an issue with a charge, please contact us before submitting a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or loss of future purchasing privileges.
We provide full transaction records to payment processors when resolving disputes.
10. Updating Payment Information
